Symptoms chaning at 8 weeks

I am 8 weeks pg now and the last few days I have noticed that my symptoms have been changing, since about 5 weeks until a few days ago i felt just ill, I felt like i had a temp and a cold as well as being sick etc...the last few days i have still been sick but i actually feel quite good (!)
has anyone else had this kind of change at about 8 weeks???
