Uti or baby!

I have an infection which is being treated with antibiotics.The problem is that although i have had it for about a week now i have not had any pain or any symptoms at all.
Today i have had some pain in my back and a few tightenings in my lower stomach...i was wondering if this kind of feeling was consistent with a UTI or if i should keep an eye on them.
They are pretty regular but not overly painful. I would say they were from the UTI but i just find it starnge that they have come on after the antibiotics would surely have already started to "kick in".especially since i have had no symptoms before?
The overall feeling is a kind of "raw" feeling? around my back and stomach?.
