No morning sickness at all

I am 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby, I have no symptoms at all. I keep reading that I should have morning sickness, sore nipples, cramps etc. I feel fine no different to normal Sad
Does this mean there is something wrong?
does having no symptoms mean that you are more likely to miscarry?
I keep doing pregnancy tests just to make sure but they are still positive.

I had morning sickness which started at around 7 weeks, so there is still time for thm to kick in and even if they dont i have heard many people having no symptoms and having healthy babies.

I have morning sickness which started early on but i have a friend who had no sickness at all I donthink it means anything just count yourself lucky you are not throwing up all the time!
