Earliest possible symptom

what is the earliest possible symptom of pregnancy, i am 5 dpo and wondered whether it is really possible to experience symptoms this early
I am always reading about women having symptoms this early but i just dont see how its possible

With my two my very earliest symptom was pinching on the sides of my tummy and cramping like period pain, this happened about 4 days before my period each time. I have heard other people say that sore nipple was the earliest but I didnt have sore nipples until the last month or two of my pregnancy!
