10 weeks and all night sickness

I am 11 weeks with my third and I am exhausted. I feel ok in the day but about 8pm I start being sick and I am sick until about 2:00am I cant stay in bed to make up for it because i work and have other children anyway so how can I deal with this.
I just feel liek I cant cope with this another night!
please has anyone got any tips for me
