When you have a little more time

Slices of raw vegetables (such as carrots celery and cucumber) sliced and served with a dip.

Sugar free jelly

Omelette

Chocolaty strawberries (a lovely treat!)- melt dark chocolate chips and use as a dip for fresh strawberries

Vegetable soup

Half an avocado with some plain yoghurt
